Stephen Cox

Stephen has worked at a senior/board level for 3 of the largest K-12 organisations in the Middle East region over the last 11 years in all aspects of school improvement, professional development, business development, technology and school start-up.
He led and designed education Professional Development programmes which have been the envy of other organisations including International Leadership, Coaching, Teacher Training, Masters and Digital Technology programmes, drawing upon best practice internationally.
He has worked as a consultant in the government and private sector on various projects related to corporate and education leadership, change management, education consultancy, school management, start-up, IT digital strategy and innovation in the MENA region and Internationally.
He also introduced and delivered self-evaluation and performance management frameworks into and across schools for effective education improvement and accreditation. Stephen has significant experience in business development, HR, marketing and the financial side of education and is commercially savvy.
He is also an Apple Distinguished Educator having led on many innovating technology initiatives which have led to sustainable change across the region and internationally.

Kath is the Head teacher of Sheringham Primary School. The school she leads is rated ‘Outstanding’ with the Ofsted report noting that, “Exceptional leadership and team work have led to high quality teaching and achievement.” Kath is in high demand as a speaker and presenter on Assessment.

An Assistant Head Teacher, Hannah, a highly regarded international speaker, leads projects across schools and works with Shirley Clark, a world leader in Formative Assessment.

Khadija Jafarova

Khadija is a member of the ATDC team. She is a highly regarded presenter and trainer who has worked on Ministry of Education and World Bank Projects, is a trainer in English for the State Exam Centre and works with teachers and schools in Azerbaijan. Khadija is a PhD candidate at Azerbaijan University of Languages.

Carly is described by her Head teacher as a ‘fantastic’ classroom teacher. She is a lead teacher in Mathematics and brings significant practical classroom experience on the use of Assessment for Learning to improve student learning outcomes.
Andy Griffith

Andy Griffith

Andy Griffith originates from Edmonton in North London and now lives in Liverpool. After teaching full time for 12 years in secondary schools, he moved into educational training and consultancy driven by the mission to enable young people from whichever background to achieve their full potential. He remains a part time teacher in Merseyside.
He specializes in designing training programmes for both teachers and learners and has consulted with BBC Education and Comic Relief amongst others.
Andy is the creator of the Outstanding Teaching Intervention programme that has been recognized in the prestigious Times Education Supplement (TES) School Awards and has helped over forty schools in England to move up Ofsted levels.
